star75 may suspend or permanently close an account if fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, chargebacks, or breach of these Terms is detected. In such cases, pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation. Legitimate balances of verified accounts will be returned.
Disputes must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. star75 will investigate and respond within 14 business days. Unresolved disputes may be escalated through the formal complaints procedure detailed in Section 17.
In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:
By creating an Account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the star75 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an Account and must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and star75 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, arrangements, and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.

star75 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
To use the real-money Services on star75, you must register a single Account. The following rules apply to Account registration:
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the star75 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all balances associated with the duplicate Accounts.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and any other information star75 requires. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. star75 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
A valid Bangladeshi mobile number is required to register and maintain an Account on star75. Your mobile number is used for two-step verification, deposit and withdrawal confirmation, and critical Account security notifications. You must not register using a number that belongs to another person.
All Accounts on star75 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). There is no currency conversion. All deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus values are expressed and settled in BDT.
star75 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process may also be triggered at deposit, where unusual activity patterns are detected, or at star75's discretion at any time.
To complete KYC verification, you may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:
Withdrawal requests will remain pending until KYC verification is successfully completed. star75 targets a KYC review turnaround of two business days from receipt of all required documents. Documents must be submitted in a legible format. Altered, obscured, or fraudulent documents will result in immediate Account closure and referral to the appropriate authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-step verification codes. star75 recommends that you:
star75 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from star75 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
Any activity conducted through your Account, including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have reported Account compromise to star75 prior to the relevant transaction. star75 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security precautions.
star75 accepts the following payment methods for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and star75 reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount on star75 is ৳200. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. Players who have set a personal deposit limit through the responsible gaming tools will not be able to exceed that limit regardless of the stated payment method maximum.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account balance in real time upon successful payment confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to reflect in your balance. star75 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
You must only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members, friends, or any other person — are strictly prohibited. Such deposits will be reversed and the originating Account may be suspended pending investigation.
By depositing funds into your star75 Account, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. star75 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation from any Player as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully KYC-verified. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC verification is complete will be placed on hold until verification is finalised. Only real-money Balance (not Bonus Funds or unmet wagering requirements) is eligible for withdrawal.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit on your Account. star75 targets a processing time of two hours for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) for verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account dashboard. Players with high-value withdrawal requests may be subject to enhanced due diligence review, which may extend processing timelines.
star75 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are outside star75's control. Any such fees are the Player's sole responsibility.
An Account that has recorded no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may incur an administrative maintenance fee of ৳50 per month after the initial 12-month dormancy period. Any remaining real-money balance will remain withdrawable upon account reactivation following re-verification of identity.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotions available on star75 are subject to wagering requirements and any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion terms. Bets placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to low-margin table games, certain live casino side bets, and jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all to wagering requirement fulfilment. Any strategy designed to exploit bonus offers in a manner that star75 considers to be outside the spirit of the promotion — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, collusion with other Players, or systematic exploitation of specific game mechanics in conjunction with bonus funds — constitutes bonus abuse. star75 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
Promotions on star75 are available to eligible registered Players who hold a verified Account in good standing. star75 reserves the right to limit the eligibility of any Player for any promotion, or to cap the value of any promotional benefit, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.
star75 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already accepted its terms, star75 will make reasonable efforts to honour any Bonus Funds already credited to that Player's Account, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
All games available on the star75 Platform are provided by reputable third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible from within the game interface.
Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the star75 Platform use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested for fairness and randomness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for RNG slots and table games are published in the relevant game information panels.
In the event of a technical malfunction — including server interruptions, disconnections, or game software errors — all affected bets will be declared void and stakes returned to the Player's Account. star75 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a technical malfunction beyond the return of stakes for affected rounds.
star75 does not accept any liability for losses resulting from your misunderstanding of game rules. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a real-money wager.
All bets placed on the star75 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by star75. star75 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including after initial acceptance where an error in odds is identified. Bets will not be accepted from Accounts that are suspended, under review, or have insufficient Balance to cover the stake.
Odds displayed on the star75 sportsbook are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to that bet. star75 offers pre-match and in-play betting markets across cricket, football, basketball, kabaddi, and other sports. Market availability and in-play offering may vary by event.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market is determined; a manifest error in odds or event data is identified; or the bet was placed using funds derived from fraudulent activity. Voided bet stakes are returned to the Player's real-money Balance within 24 hours.
For Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets: unless otherwise stated, a minimum of 5 overs per innings must be completed for match-result bets to stand in the event of weather interruption. D/L Method results will be honoured where officially applied by match officials. Specific cricket tournament rules are published in the sportsbook help section.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that the Balance represents legitimate winnings from genuine gameplay, star75 will return those funds. Where the investigation confirms prohibited conduct, the Balance may be forfeited.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting star75 support. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary Account closure will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within five business days, subject to completion of KYC verification.
All content on the star75 Platform — including but not limited to the star75 name and logo, website design, layout, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and all associated intellectual property — is the property of star75 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of star75.
Game content is provided under licence from the respective game studios and publishers. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, star75 excludes all liability for:
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by star75's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
In all other cases, star75's aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the star75 Platform or Services, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. Please provide your full Account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant transaction IDs or timestamps (in BST). Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve standard complaints within five business days.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction by the customer support team, you may escalate it to the star75 formal complaints process by submitting a written escalation request to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". A senior complaints handler will be assigned to your case and will provide a full written response within 14 business days of receiving the escalation.
Disputes relating to specific bet outcomes or game results must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes submitted after this deadline will not be considered. star75's determination of disputed bet outcomes, following internal investigation, shall be final and binding, subject to the escalation procedure described above.
star75 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect Player rights, payment terms, bonus conditions, or dispute procedures — star75 will provide at least seven days' advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and by notifying registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operators serving the Bangladesh market. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure described in Section 17.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail.
